2. How does Buster Wear work?
You browse our catalog, choose your favorite designs, and place an order. Once an order is placed, Printful prints, packs, and ships the product directly to you.
3. Who makes the products?
Our designs are created by Buster Wear, but the products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a leading print-on-demand service provider.
Custom Designs
4. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! If you have an idea for a unique design, you can submit a request on our "Need a Design" page. Our talented artists will work with you to bring your vision to life, and once finalized, it can appear on our site for you (or others) to purchase.
5. How long does it take to create a custom design?
Custom design timelines vary based on complexity and workload, but we typically complete designs within 5-10 business days.
Ordering & Payment
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since each product is made to order, modifications or cancellations are only possible within a short window after placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Orders typically take 2–7 business days for production and shipping times vary based on your location:

Pricing & VAT
11. How is pricing calculated?
Our prices include design costs, production costs, and a small margin for our business. Printful charges for materials, VAT (if applicable), and shipping, which are reflected in the final price at checkout.
12. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price.
Returns & Refunds
13. What is your return policy?
We will work hard to get it sorted as soon as possible by contacting our suppliers.
14. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
